Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking amount or advance payment has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued by Saarth Holidays.
Availability of hotels, flights, transfers and other travel services is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Payments
The applicable payment schedule will be communicated at the time of booking. All payments must be made within the agreed timelines to keep the booking confirmed.
Failure to make payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking or changes in the applicable price and availability.
3. Package Prices
Package prices are based on the services and travel dates mentioned in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Prices may change due to changes in hotel rates, transportation costs, airline fares, taxes, government charges, currency fluctuations or other supplier charges before confirmation.
4. Hotel Accommodation
Hotels are subject to availability and confirmation.
If the selected hotel is unavailable, Saarth Holidays may offer a similar alternative hotel in the same or comparable category, subject to availability.
Room allocation, early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policy and availability.
5. Flights
Flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances and other airline conditions are governed by the respective airline.
Any changes, cancellations, delays or schedule modifications by the airline are subject to the airline's applicable terms and policies.
6. Transfers & Transportation
Transfers and transportation will be provided according to the services mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
Passengers are expected to follow the agreed pickup and drop-off timings. Delays caused by guests may affect the availability of the transportation service.
7. Sightseeing & Activities
Sightseeing, tours and activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, local operating conditions and supplier policies.
Some activities may have age, health, safety or other participation requirements.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation charges depend on the cancellation policy applicable to the hotels, airlines, transport providers, activities and other suppliers included in the booking.
Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated to the traveller before processing a cancellation whenever possible.
9. Changes & Amendments
Requests to change travel dates, hotels, room categories, activities or other services are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Any amendment charges imposed by suppliers will be payable by the traveller.
10. Traveller Documents
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, permits, identification documents, travel insurance and any other documents required for their journey.
International travellers should verify visa and entry requirements before travelling.
11. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended for all travellers, particularly for international trips. Coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss and other risks depends on the insurance policy selected by the traveller.
12. Special Requests
Requests such as honeymoon benefits, room decorations, special meals, adjoining rooms, specific room locations or other preferences will be forwarded to the relevant service provider.
Such requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
13. Force Majeure
Saarth Holidays and its service providers shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, political disturbances, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation disruptions or other unforeseen events.
14. Traveller Responsibility
Travellers are expected to follow local laws, hotel rules, airline regulations and instructions provided by service providers during the trip.
Any personal expenses, damages, penalties or charges arising from the traveller's actions will be the traveller's responsibility.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Saarth Holidays, the traveller acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted the applicable booking terms, cancellation policies and supplier conditions.
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable requirements.
